Reserving a Workspace

Remote & hybrid employees needed just-in-time training on the new workspace reservation tool in light of a post-COVID reality in 2022. The Global Workspace group asked that I build a course, giving a high-level overview of the new reservation system, socializing the change, and acting as a living FAQ.

In partnership with the team of Global Workspace SMEs, we ended up with a fun, interactive, & animated course built on the narrative of three employees conversing about the change. One of the SMEs even made an appearance as “Kimmy”.
