Change Management

One of my first experiences in change management was on a project in 2019, transitioning employees to a new mobile management system. I created a small series of internal commercials, socialized to the entire company. I aimed to keep it light and fun, using humor narrative to keep employees engaged. From here, my animated persona’s reputation and recognizability in frequent internal commercials, grew.
