Environmental Health & Safety Course

I was asked to take an outdated, supervisor-led EHS training, sourced from a rough PowerPoint deck, & removed the burden of the workshop from supervisor’s shoulders by crafting it into an online learning course. Partnering closely with the SMEs and supervisors, I brought the content up to brand, added animation and humor, & voila! Now, manufacturing employees are assigned the course in the Learning Management System, required on a semi-quarterly basis, & supervisors don’t have to worry about facilitation.
