Individual Core Competence

In order to align all employees to the core-values & competencies of the company, I was asked to craft a course for all global employees & given the challenge of designing a role-based self assessment , tailored to specific job roles. These ungraded assessments provided an employee with the ability to gauge their own strengths, and linked to internal learning paths, to upskill the areas in which they wanted to grow.

I also advocated for equity, partnering with global HR business partners to translate the course into five languages for the global audience.
